Silva (my mum) is a Western Slovenia based artist, an illustrator, ceramicist and a painter. Growing up in a small village, surrounded by nature, she inherited a special inner sense for depicting all things alive through delicate drawings and minimalistic colorit. In the year 2000 she brought home our first ceramic kiln and soon after I joined her at her studio, discovering clay and the magnificent process around it, which I still do to this day. She is my first teacher and a source of great inspiration.
