May workshop at Grad Štanjel
When thinking about perfect locations to host a ceramic workshop, some ideas come up: a park, maybe a rooftop, perhaps a nice restaurant or a cool bar. How about a castle? Well, this one seems quite unrealistic.
But thanks to amazing girls from AK weddings, this dream came true.
Having a workshop inside a castle is as magical as it sounds. Hidden chambers, stone staircases, exposed walls and a courtyard you wish you had at home. All of this, combined with expert styling by Ana and Karin, makes a beautiful scenery, just perfect for some ceramic creativity.
To put a cherry on top of a wonderful Sunday, while creating our plates and bowls, we enjoyed amazing elder-flower syrup, raspberry pie and delicious strawberry cheesecake by Bistro Grad Štanjel, all definitely worth a trip to Štanjel, just to try them.
